1 I've payed for FedEx Shipment but They sent with standard Registered shipping.
2 My last order is on the way over 3 weeks, I contacted them meany times, even they knows it's their fault, they don't do nothing

5 They don't respect your order, sometimes they don't have what you ordered und they send something else, they don't ask you before what you would prefer.

7 no sense of business, they offers free sample for new costumers but once you have placed some orders, they don't care about you.
8. Actual Status of my last Order: SCAMMED
Order and payed 3 weeks ago and the don't want to reship.
9. All this Reviews in this or many platforms are not real, as this store offers 15% off for a review on this site.
10. Even my Street dealer in Berlin, have more sense of business, better support and even better quality. Sometimes better prices too!
Verdict: AVOID THIS SHOP SPECIALLY FOR RCs.
Order a free sample, but never place a real order if you don't want to be scammed like me

In Germany I payed for use DPD of DHL, Normally you offer free delivery with Registered Post. Why did I payed for Better shipping method and then you You send as you Want?_ THIS STORE DONT RESPECT THE PRODUCTS THAT YOU ORDERED. AND SEND WHAT SOMETHING ELSE, IF THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK_THEY SHIPPS USING THEY SHIPMENT METHOD THEY WANT, NOT WHAT YOU PAID FOR._ NOW WAITING FOR OVER 3 WEEKS AND MY ORDER STILL SOMEWHERE ON THE WAY._ EVEN IF THEY KNOWS, ITS THEIR FAULT, THEY DONT WANNT TO RESHIPS OR SEND MY MONEY BACK!
WHY SHOULD I WAIT LONGER? I WILL NEVER PLACE AGAIN ANY ORDER IN THIS STORE.
I WILL UPDATE THIS STATUS IF I GET MY OR MY MONEY BACK! (However I Won't order again!)

You have nothing to worry about as we have a reship guarantee, even if your package is lost and you provided us with correct delivery information - we will just ship your order again to you.
As for the Fedex situation, please note that we use different delivery methods for different countries, we use UPS, Fedex, DHL and Registered Airmail for different locations. This is why when you first ordered with us to Spain, you received your package with Fedex, but then when you changed the delivery address for your next order to Germany - we sent it with Registered Mail, it is due to what works best for what destination, the cost is the same.
We will get your package sorted for you ASAP!
