This app is a complete waste of time. They lock your account therefore, you cannot withdraw or get a gift card. After weeks of requests they claim to unlock it through email; it's still locked. Beware! Waste of time and effort.

Generally I like the Ibotta app, but having to ask about missing cash back is a pain.
