Unfortunately, I was scammed! My paused account automatically reopened and charged a fee last week. This is an account that had never been used during this period. I contacted your customer service, but they rejected my refund request.
I also replied to the CEO's welcome e-mail to share this experience, but the email was returned to me. Of course, this email address is also fake. All of the emails you received during the trial period are fake except Abigail (maybe her name is also fake)!
We are all entrepreneurs, and you must be aware of how valuable every cent is for any of us. We give your service a chance and try it out (you pay a lot for marketing to gain us), then we stop our account instead of deleting it in case we might use your tool in the future. And you are willing to risk losing an entrepreneur you have gained in such a simple way.
You are also ignoring the new paid users that I may bring you in the future by mentioning your website in my network... I suggest you reconsider this scam-like model. Likewise, I paused my account, and you have reactivated it by taking unforeseen fees.
I hope that one day you will earn money for what you really deserve and not by feeding on people's forgetfulness.
