Providers are billed $67 for each appointment made. This is even if the patient does not show or cancels the appointment after 24 hours.
LESS than half our patients from ZOCDOC do not come in and this raises the cost to over $150 per new patient. Insurance reimbursement is less than this and we lose money on each patient we see.

Changes to our service can only be made thru our Account Manager who has no phone number or email address. Messages left to him do not get returned.

CANCEL YOUR ZOCDOC ACCOUNT - you will get home earlier and have more money.

Please keep in mind that the fee is not dependent on the outcome of the appointment; in other words, it is not a charge per successful appointment like you would see for a referral site, it is a charge based on a successful new patient booking generated by our marketing efforts on the Zocdoc site.
