My first hair from Kendra's boutique was pretty good. The second one I bought, however, is a mess. It sheds everywhere. I contacted the company, but I still don't have a response back.
Tip for consumers:
They offer a refund but not after the hair has been used. So even though the hair was bad I couldn't return it.

I've been using Kendra's hair since 2012 every year the quality of the hair has become worse....
