I worked with this company for over 15 years. In the beginning it was perfect, orders came in quick and prices were really good. I never had a complaint until just a couple of years ago. Orders started coming really late (weeks late) not only that but the quality greatly decreased. I made several complaints but what i found after years of being with them is that they take 0 ownership for their mistakes. I would always be questioned about my artwork or things i did incorrectly which was almost never the case. They would drag their feet to find resolutions. And when they did it was a $5 credit here and an apology there. So i started to complain on twitter about the service i was getting. Thats when they finally started paying attention to me, I found other customers who had similar experiences to me. My goal was to try to get them to improve the customer experience, instead they responded like a toddler. Threatening to cancel my account if i kept critiquing them. As more and more orders kept getting delayed I kept posting about the service. Until one day out of the blue they close my account. Mind you I rely on the service for my customers. I reached out to all the other customers who were complaining similarly to me and no one had their account closed. I reached out and called, only to be told no one was available to talk to me, I called every day trying to get it resolved but they refused to even talk to me. The only difference I could see between me and the other clients was my name. Pedro. I even asked the service rep if this had anything to do with anything and they laughed at me. I sent emails which were just ignored, and even filed a complaint with BBB in which they lied to the responses saying that they tried to resolve the issue with me. This place doesn't care about you, doesn't care about good service, and will never acknowledge their mistakes.
