Trying to find a reasonable one-way flight that both our daughter (the student), and I and her father can take.
I am a faculty member at Lane Community College in Eugene, OR,. But when I booked our daughter on Delta, it denied me the faculty rate. Apparently, "faculty" are aged 12-24. I don't know any 24 year old faculty, much less 12.

Reason I chose this business:

I'm still going to try with you. You have excellent customer service and I will call you in the morning to see if anything can be done. I chose flexible flights, so that we can make changes, if possible.

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience. When you add three tickets in one booking, they will have to be the same fare type (i.e. Student). However, if you would like to book one student, one faculty, and one adult tickets, you have to make three bookings, as the prices would probably be different, especially with Delta. Thanks for choosing StudentUniverse.

System said the fare was also good for adults who aren't students. I'm a faculty member, but apparently being also a "senior" makes me ineligible? I work full-time in the US, and will have to until I'm 67 years old before I can retire.

I think your service is good. I am hoping that I can get a decent price on our flight to fly with our daughter back from her college program.

I didn't read reviews. I looked at mask quality, design, and the promised date of shipping (ordered on May 8, marquis on the website said "In Stock, Shipping by May 13"), and the location--their address was Southern California, and I'm in Oregon, so expected no more than a couple days shipping time.

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING FOR ME WAS TIMING!
I cannot say how disappointed I am that I have gotten nothing but excuses, WHEN they bother to respond at all, saying "probably shipping within a week". Not good enough.

NOW I find this review site and on top of everything, people are complaining about the mask quality.
I want my time back--and I want the product I ordered a month ago.
