This company is a fraud. They sell professional web design services that they can't perform. I hired them on 5/10/2023 and they didn't have the skills to deliver a professionally designed website. The skills of the designers are very amateur and I can't believe what they passed off to me.

They capitalize on those who don't have the technical knowledge to ask the right questions. They intentionally withheld important information trying to sell me a higher package and then in the middle of it told me I need a dedicated hosting plan in order for my website to perform right. The dedicated hosting plan they sell is an extra $1000 which isn't even worth the website they build.

They told me they are professionals and don't use Elementor or a drag-and-drop website builder...well Elementor or drag-and-drop would have actually given me a much better looking site for a lot less money.

Please don't give these guys your money. You would be better off going to Fiverr.

They do not listen. I've put in writing what I wanted and all the corrections I needed and they still haven't been able to implement them. I feel ignored and trapped. Their website said they would issue refunds, but they don't.

They are doing what most scammers and frauds are doing these days, which is posting pictures of other people's work and passing it off as their own to get a sale and then provide you with a terrible outcome and experience. It has been a nightmare working with them and I am extremely unhappy.

One of their workers called to go over the specifics of what I wanted and I couldn't stay on the phone with him. He was extremely rude and rushed. I felt disrespected and disregarded.

Don't fall for the examples of "their work." Unfortunately this has become common practice to take pictures of other people's work and products to pass it off as their own. One look at the website they designed for me and I knew they were frauds because there are certain things a professional designer would never pass off as a good design.

Stay far away from them and don't fall for the fake reviews saying their work is great.

All I want is my money back. It's literally been since 6/28/2023 going through this nightmare of waiting for a refund. Instead of just doing the right thing, they lied and said their system was broken and told me to file a dispute.

Please choose a more reputable company and save yourself the headache from working with them.
