They are very manipulative, controlling, intimidating, bossy, and unhelpful. I think I only met a couple of volunteers that genuinely cared and offered empathy & sympathy. Rest of them makes me question if they are genuine Christians or just there to boast their knowledge.

The ones I spoke with were Frank & Joshua that day - unhelpful, had no compassion, did not have patience to listen to my concerns and questions.

Did you guys forget,
- "My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry," (James 1:19)
- "Not many of you should become teachers, my fellow believers, because you know that we who teach will be judged more" strictly. (James 3:1)?

The guy named Frank kept telling me to "open up the Bible" and to "READ" in cap. I know how to read the Bible and yes, I know the verses you've specified however, if our Biblical questions were that simple, easy to understand and define by reading the Bible why do we need to go to Church and do Bible studies? Why do we need Pastoral Counseling and such? Come on, why are you volunteering on that website if that's the only thing that you know how to respond to someone who's going through spiritual warfare? You show no sympathy, no compassion, no empathy, but say things like "OPEN UP YOUR BIBLE" "READ" "DID YOU READ?" "IT SAYS IT RIGHT THERE" "PLEASE READ" "WHY ARE YOU WORRIED THEN?" horrible.

And Joshua, he was definitely manipulative and extremely boastful. Spoke harshly, showed no compassion, no consideration, very opinionated, didn't want to listen to me. Later on he's like, "So, what's your point?" when I'm I was just there to speak to someone who genuinely cared and simply needed comfort. Felt crappy afterwards but it's okay, I am able to filter out the good and the bad so they didn't affect me that much but I'm just worried that they might affect people who are vulnerable and aren't Christians (non-believers).

Joshua also said to just cut someone off because that's what Jesus teaches in the Bible. I told him that I have in the beginning but seem to struggle with it and can't just cut someone off although I know that that's what Jesus teaches, the reason why I'm here today is so that I can see if there is an alternative solution before I go into this plan. Guess what he said? "then you aren't serious, you have no faith, block them, it's that simple, do you not know how to block?" I told him that blocking doesn't sound like a good answer because this person knows where I live anyway. He then says "then lock the door" I said that sounds a bit too harsh. He then proceeds with "tell your family not to open the door" and throws this verse at me "And if your right hand causes you to stumble, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to go into hell." (Matthew 5:30) - Which is TRUE but you don't know my story yet, you weren't showing compassion at all and simply telling me to do these things "immediately" is wrong. I told him that it's not easy and he says "you have no faith" wow.

- "if we are faithless, he remains faithful— for he cannot deny himself." (2 Timothy 2:13)

Bible is the truth but teachers also need to teach wisdom. Everybody has different stories and spiritual warfare that we all struggle and go through. We want someone to listen to us carefully and give us the best advice possible. Speaking bluntly, harshly, just throwing Bible verses isn't going to help anyone. I felt no Grace from these volunteers, they just have way too much PRIDE. The most important thing is to show Grace and Love for others. Just because you guys are volunteering doesn't mean that you guys are simply showing grace and doing God's work! It's being legalistic and "boasting your knowledge", you guys do know that boasting is a sin too right?! - BE HUMBLE.

- Those who humble themselves will be exalted (Luke 14:7-11)
- Value others above yourself (Philippians 2:3-8)
- Be completely humble and gentle (Ephesians 4:2-6)
