I made an order with Namshi, received three items. Two items with no issues and the third is a pair of trainers that seems to be worn before, the ticket is torn and the soles are dirty. Contacted the customer service. They instructed me to return the product and a credit will be returned to my account and choose another one. This seemed very casual as if this is something they do everyday and when i asked is this common they asked if i needed assistance with anything else. So i did the only sensible thing, closed the chat window and not use the website again.
