I bought two pairs of shoes over 20 days ago something that should have taken 5 days (according to their website) to send. Took multiple chases for information as to where my order was with the tracker not updating at all. I phoned them up after receiving multiple emails saying that they are having issues with their packages going out.
I then phoned up customer service and then had an email confirming that they have LOST my package.
They then confirmed that I will be given a refund (at this point I'm not even hopeful) they didn't offer any compensation after messing me around for nearly a full month.
For such a well known company this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Won't ever be shopping there again especially with the terrible customer service.
