After my previous experiences, there was one more item to be delivered. With hopes very low I decided to contact Lazada as the final date of arrival is expiring today. I contact the customer service and someone started to answer my request and then it all went quiet. I have now tried 3 times to contact Lazada through their customer care service, NO RESPONSE, and that from their CUSTOMER CARE department! Now you know, if the customer care department is this helpful, then it is understandable why there is no service. In other words, you cannot complain about Lazada's service, because there is no service.
