They were very good til Aug/10 when I did not get the cigarettes that I had purchased, I have email them and at first they promise that I would get my order in 8 days but that never happen and now they will not even reply to my emails.
I have lost $60 to them now.
So if you are considering them please look elsewhere.

Most parcel will be delivered in time, but some parcel will be delivered late due to the factor like weather, holiday and peak season which is out of our control.
We didn't mean to make the customer waiting for too long, we need to confirm the information and contact the shipping company for better solution, please work with us for it.
