If there was a zero star, I would gladly give this travel agency Oojo one. Folks, don't book through any travel agency. They will not help you if something goes wrong. All they care about is MONEY, nothing else. We were on our way to Nairobi Kenya to visit family from my wife's side. We live in AZ. You can imagine that it would be a long flight. I called this travel agency) and inquired about booking. I told the agent that I am a little bit skeptical because of the reviews and some terrible stories people share on so many platforms. I called around December 2,2022 and inquired about booking 3 round trip flights. The agent reassured me that "there is nothing for me to worry about". My worst nightmare came to pass once I booked the 3 round trip flights. The travel date was set for January 16,2023 at 8:00 pm. I went to the counter to check my luggage only to be told that my 2 year old would need a visa to get to Nairobi Kenya. The airline then notified that that my 2 year old needs a Kenyan Visa even though we were told that a Visa would be issue to her at port of entry in Nairobi Kenya airport. My wife is from Kenya and she knows that Visas are issued at point of entry. The airline would not let me check my luggage and board. I was then given a piece of paper with some number to call. I called the airline customer and I called the travel agent more 12 times while I remained at LAX and hope at least that I would find someone to help me book another flight. We tried to talk to even the employees for Saudia Airline but they told me there was nothing they could do. We then contacted the Kenya embassy and sorted through the visa situation for my 2 year old. We then called the travel agency again to try to get some help. These people are so unprofessional and rude. They put me on hold for 54 minutes and never got back to the phone. When I realized that nobody from the airline or the travel agency was willing to help me, I decided to head back home to AZ BY GETTING RENTAL CAR. Of course, the travel agency already processed payment. I wish I did not listen to this lying travel agent. I will never anything from any travel agency. I hope this review helps someone avoid the same mistake that I've made by booking with this scamming travel agency. This is the worst customer service ever and the worst experience. Oojo is the worst travel agency. Don't do business with them. Book directly from the airline instead.

Don't book from this travel agency. Make sure they put everything in writing.

I write reviews all the times. I feel very good for a change to write a review for this great company. As we all know A/C problems usually happen during the months of summer. So, it was no surprise to me when my water decided to quit on me right in the middle of winter. I called customer support at George Brazil and have a service call scheduled. Within a few hours, I received text message with the technician ETA and his BIO. I was impressed. The tech got to my house and literally checks the pilot light which was causing my water heater not coming. He also presented me with all other options available to me as it relates to repairing or replacing my unit. And then, the tech did not even charge me a single penny. I had my credit card ready to pay the company. I must tell you that I don't know too many companies who would have dispatched their techs without charging or making up something to charge customers. This is so rare in the crazy world of business. I would definitely call George Brazil for any plumbing issues, A/C issues etc. In fact, I will call George Brazil to them replaced my water heater. This company and their highly skilled and professional technician are above. Integrity matters. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for great service, efficiency, honesty and integrity.

I told the agent that I am a little bit skeptical because of the reviews and some terrible stories people share on so many platforms. I called around 12:25AM on 01/17/2023. The agent reassured me that "there is nothing for me to worry about as long as I cancel within 16 hours". My worst nightmare came to pass once I booked to Qatar airline. I stayed at a hotel the night before. So, I used their shuttle service to take me to the airport. I got there with my wife and my 2 year old daughter, getting ready to check my luggage. Then, a Qatar airline employee notified that my 2 year old needs a Kenyan Visa even though we were told that a Visa would be issue to her at port of entry in Nairobi Kenya airport. My wife is from Kenya and she knows that Visas are issued at point of entry. The airline would not let me check my luggage and board. I was then given a piece of paper with some number to call. I called the airline customer and I called the travel agent more 12 times while I remained at LAX and hope at least that I would find someone to help me book another flight.
