I tried ordering 8 and 9 star ratings for imdb. They gave me 10 star ratings. Now the site looks really fake because nobody gets that many 10 star ratings. I wrote to customer service countless times. They always replied that they delivered as ordered and as proof they sent a copy of the order. That's just ridiculous because that doesn't proof anything. I kept sending them screenshots showing reality that they eventually begrudgingly accepted. They then said they were going to make up for their mistake and promised to deliver the 8 star ratings now and again left some more 10 star ratings. Worst company ever and worst customer service. They just don't give a $#*!.
