Terrible service by Maureen. She was bordering on fair (unfriendly, no eye contact from this woman) until the grand finale of too many mishaps. Son's mussels were hard and chewy, didn't eat but 3 good ones. He got no discount for it. My side pasta of Linguine w my scampi took 15 plus to arrive w the kids' food. Making the children wait, hungry 15 plus minutes after the adults food came! They smashed my son's bday cake with no apologies. The ending was complete chaos when she rang up my hardworking sons bill 3 times on his credit card, which included 2 times incorrectly only fixing it on her 3rd attempt on our complete bill of almost $350 in total. She kept ringing up our 3 separate checks incorrectly charging two checks on the wrong credit card, yet my daughter still tipped her $20 as my other 2 adults kids graciously did as well. She also messed up ringing up a young person's in our party who was disabled, taking advantage of him. Making us all wait 45 minutes in a party of 13, with 5 being children! Sick, classless, people. With no apologies from her or her useless manage, Nylani sp? Wow. Not going back especially in reading reviews of others seeing roaches.
