Dear customer,

The shipping cost depends on package size and shipping address. So it has to be calculated by system during checkout. It can help to check out this link: https://www.newchic.com/shipping-methods-hc160.html

There are related instructions on our website regarding the usage guidelines. It may fluctuate due to the impact of express delivery. We have been working hard to seek better cooperation with logistics providers, so we hope to get your understanding.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us by email: vipservice@newchic.com

Best regards,
Newchic Team

I'm 68, and this is the worst seller I've dealt with in my life! They're advertised as a "money saving" site. Baloney! I placed an order for a kitchen faucet on April 14th, and heard nothing from them on the 24th, I sent an e-mail, which stated the faucet was ordered, and I would be receiving it in about a week. No tracking info still! I tried to call numerous times, but no one answers! Their automated phone system directs you to a "customer service" provision. When that's answered you're asked to enter the 4 digit number of the person you're calling. How would I know that, since I've yet to ever speak with anyone. Then I e-mail them on April 30th that I want to cancel my order. (I've found it at a site where I can have it in 4 days for less money). I get an e-mail back stating "Don't just assume your order is canceled." I then contact my American Express representative and file a complaint. During this time I'm still calling them to no avail. Very shortly after they send the "don't assume" e-mail, I am contacted by Brian Olkin who tells me I must apply for a return number, and the wait could be up to 15 days for them to even decide if I'll get one! By now, I've ordered the faucet, and received it from the other vendor, and it's installed on my kitchen sink.

On May 14th the faucet arrives from Homecenter.com About 7 days later I get another e-mail from Mr Olkin issuing a return item number, and pointing out that there will be a 25% restocking fee! (not mentioned up front) What was mentioned up front was, if I wanted my order sooner, it could be drop shipped from the manufacturer for an additional $29. I never did reach "customer service." I left my phone number with Brian Olkin each time I e-mailed him and asked him to return my call and reverse the charges, but no soap! They have no 1-800 number (to save you money), and every call you make will result in a long distance charge.

I know now that I should have checked E-pinions, or other rating sites first! They contain a litany of bad feedback dealing with poor customer service, excessive restocking charges, and even some claiming their credit card number was used to purchase unauthorized items and services after dealing with Homecenter.com

Mr Olkin has a problem. He thinks nothing is his fault, and allows every complaint to roll off his back. He apparently has large gaps between his thought process and reality.

Ps: I kept the $176 faucet they sent me, rather than take the pipe for $46 in restocking fees + shipping of about $15.
Anyone who shops here must be insane! (hundreds of Better Business complaints on file)
