I have placed and replaced and replaced the same order with these people (three times) and they can't seem to get the order out the door. It's now 6-17-2023 and the original order was placed 05-26.
They can't get the order out the door. They can't tell me when or IF it shipped. And Customer Service just feeds me lip service.
I do know they've had some sizeable IT issues with their offshore (spelled INDIA) staff. Having been in IT for a number of years, why, why, why do companies outsource their IT to INDIA? Their Quality of Service is terrible. I worked with one of the largest outsourcers for years and they were terrible. But I digress.
What has happened to Puritan's Pride, I don't know. They are a subsidiery of Nestle Health Science. But the fact they can't get a box out of shipping and they can't advise as to WHEN it will be shipped simply indicates they've lost control of their business.
Over the years, I've bought thousands of $$ from them. Thousands. And long-time customers like me are hard to keep, much less find.
Puritan's has insulated themselves from outside calls. The only people we can talk to are those who are clueless and unable to answer the $50 question: WHEN WILL THE ORDER SHIP? Online order history says it shipped on 6-13. But it didn't, nor did any of the two previous orders. Their system is broken.
Time to find someone else for our long-term nutritional supplements. These folks have managed a solid effort at driving their business into the ground. There is no excuse for the kind of "order fulfillment" execution I've witnessed over the last month. Beyond pathetic.
