Idk what the bad reviews are about. I've bought tons and tons of shoes from them. For myself and my 3 kids. 2 girls and a boy. Great deals. Truthfully I've probably purchased more than 25 pairs of shoes and boots from them. I only had one thing happen that got resolved quickly. I ordered a pair of bikes for my son and they sent me two left shoes. Theircustomer service was awesome and I got my money quickly refunded. Unfortunately they didnt have anymore of those shoes. So they couldn't send me a replacement pair. I just bought another of a different kind. But that was handled satisfactory and without problems. Some of their shoes are floor models. And some damaged. It is clearly explained and listed on their description of their merchandise if their is. I can only think that the bad reviews are those who don't read the descriptions and end up getting the shoes and had no clue they would be damaged or flawed. But that's on customer not the seller. And they dont try to scam or hide it. They are up front about it. Clearly some of the people who give bad reviews need to learn how to read. As far as my experience has been with them I'm extremely happy with this seller.

I absolutely hate Walmart and have stopped shopping not only online but locally too. Their customer service is awful. And they screw up orders all the time without the slightest concern over the I convenience it causes. I know that they are cheap and all. But it's just not worth it to me anymore after all the frustration it causes. I got a refund for a tv one time supposedly paid directly to my card I used and I never received it. Took me 2 weeks and countless phone calls and waiting on hold to get my money back. And other times I've ordered stuff and paid extra for 2 day shipping only to not receive it within that time frame. And get denied a refund for the shipping paid extra. Their customer service is a joke. You think that your problem is being taken care of only to realize they are giving you the run around passing you off from one Dept to another without getting results. More time wasted. I've spent a lot of money there both in store and online. But not anymore. It's not worth it. I order through Amazon now and I am so much happier now. They are doing something right and Walmart needs to learn a thing or two from them. Apparently I'm not the only one since Amazon beat Walmart hands down over the holidays in sales. You pay under $10 a month with Amazon prime and get free 2 day shipping. I've had a few snags here and there right before Xmas. But their customer service took care of it immediately and apologetically. Run in the opposite direction away from Walmart. It is so not worth it to deal with them.
