For now my experience is not optimal. Customer service is quick to respond, but often doesn't know what to answer and gives incorrect information. I thought I could try the professional platform for 1 month and instead because of the misleading information I found myself unable to try the service, if I go to a restaurant and they miss the dish I ordered they will do it again, instead the customer service seems almost not being part of the company and he cannot solve any problem he is subjected to. It is the customer focus that makes a company great. Now I will try to use their free platform obviously I will be forced to do less operations due to the slowness of the non-professional platform. I had no problems with my funds that arrived on time. For now the service is mediocre I hope to be able to change my mind and come back here to change my opinion for better or for worse
