Late 2016 I got a reply from a craigslist request to write an app for me. Told him about it and he requested 1200 to talk with Apple and Android to see if it was possible. A bit later he tells me they wanted a working prototype so he needed 9k to write it. Never happened. He requested another 5k to write it in a different configuration trying to claim he came up with the new idea which I emailed him the day before. He wrote an app but it was worthless since he didn't lock anything like we had been talking about since our first conversation. Now that's not the end, he got another $5550 to put all those features in, too bad none got done. Called another programmer and he told me right from the gitgo that can't be done. What a waste of time and money
