On Friday 5th August I asked for one of All Services 4 U plumbers to come out and fix a leak in an un suite shower. He attended site checked the shower tray and toilet. He said the shower tray was fine and found a slight leak from the toilet. He said he fixed that and that everything else was guaranteed. I paid the call out charge as requested.
Over the weekend of the 6th and 7th August the owner below continued to complain that there was a leak. I contacted All Services 4 U call centre on the 7th August to advise. They eventually arranged to send out a different plumber, not the same day but the following day! He attended site for a few minutes and suggested that the whole bathroom needed to be changed?! Talk about cracking a nut with a sledgehammer! I challenged this and said if there is a single leak from one place why would the entire bathroom need to be changed and that's not what the other plumber on Friday said? I contacted All Services 4 U call centre again and after 5 calls that day arranged for the first plumber to attend on the 9th August, whilst the leak continued causing damage. The plumber said the leak had reoccurred and he would fix it. He advised this would be covered under the guarantee. He called me after completion of the job and said that there would only be a small charge of £10 for a part. Nobody called me for this payment.
On the 11th August water from my flat flooded into the flat below. I contacted All Services 4 U call centre and they said somebody would be out between 9am and 12pm, even though I stressed it was an emergency?! Unfortunately they sent the other plumber who casually arrived late at approximately 3pm and then refused to go into the flat and just left? I contacted All Services 4 U call centre at 15.24 and spoke to an agent that initially said I owed payment for a job, then said the plumbers would not be attending to fix the problem? Just like that.
I paid for Pimlico Plumbers to go out. He arrived within 45 minutes and immediately localised and stopped the leak.
I raised this as a complaint and all of my points were ignored and the only comment was they have pictures of the water damage before they arrived.
I have pictures of the water damage before they arrived and water damage after they got involved! 2 very different sets of pictures.
Use this company for simple things like changing a toilet seat, anything else and you're in the lap of the gods.
I have a very strong case and will be taking legal action.
