My seeking an appliance 'expert' put me in a chatroom for $5. That quickly was elevated to an offer of 'a personal phone call with an upcharge of $24...it went downhill from there! I refused the phone call, explained the problem, and after a bunch of slow back and forth 'chats', I was told that I had a broken icemaker, something I already knew quite well! WORST of all, I checked my VISA billing later that day...the charge they posted was for $40!
Should have been $5, even if there had been a phone call of $24 it would have been $29!
This is a fraudulent, scamming service and should be investigated by law enforcement. Of course I reported it immediately to VISA who are doing an investigation. Obvious to me that JustAnswer pads the bill illegally and hopes that no one notices. They picked on the wrong customer; always report fraud in posts to help other consumers.

Firstly regarding the pockets. We are a British company selling authentic British fashion and this means, no pocket by default.
We've been selling British fashion to hundreds of thousands of customers for over 40 years (so there's no pretending about it).
We understand however that many customers would benefit from having a pocket and so we offer the option to add one manually for those that are function, above fashion.
Our mission has always simply been to "make it easy for men to dress well" and I'm disappointed to hear that both our website, and Customer Service Team, have let us down in that regard.
