Phone calls and texts did not work. There was an extreme lack of communication until I typed a review. After that, I received contact within 2 hours. They apologized for their lateness and quickly got my paperwork and marketing packages sent out. Thanks to Howard Chow and Jaeyoung Chon for their efforts.

Gary, I apologize for getting work done slower than anticipated. We've had a lot of inventors coming to us recently with the start of the new year and we never want to sacrifice quality so our production times are slower than usual. Please know that it is because we want to do good work, as opposed to fast work. I would rather get it done right and a bit slower, than to do sloppy work, I hope you can appreciate that.
