Airline cancels flight an hour before takeoff, for no reason. I lose the return flight through another company. That's not Bravofly's fault, but the departing flight cost $150, and Bravofly will only reimburse me $30 because of "handling fees." What handling fees?
The terms and conditions say, "Should the airline open insolvency proceedings, the Company will try and reimburse you the equivalent of the amount on the booking that was not used. Should we succeed in getting your refund, the Company will charge a €35 handling fee per person." But there is no evidence that the airline "opened insolvency proceedings". This is bull#$%^.
Of course, their contact center is just automated or "virtual" BS.
Buy directly from the airline. Don't work with these Swiss crooks.
