This company is a total scam! They said they shipped my package but it ended up in the wrong state. I asked to ship a second time and still went to the wrong state. When I asked for a refund they took forever to agree to it and then did not want to refund the shipping charges.
Every email I got from them was like they had not read previous correspondence.
Once they agreed to a refund they said they would refund my PayPal account. I did not pay with PayPal. The only way I got my money back was a dispute with the credit card company.
Products used:
Never received anything so I didn't use anything. My order was placed November 7 and I've just now got a resolution on a refund (providing they actually follow through with the refund)
