My experience with Max Chargers was horrible. The device they sent was defective. I called their customer support line, twice, and each time, waited on hold for 30 minutes and then got disconnected. All the while the voice on hold said "someone will be with you in less than 5 minutes." Extremely poor customer service, and I ultimately shipped the item back and had to put the charge as a fraud alert on my credit card. SCAM
