NEVER, EVER, EVER using priceline.com again. When options for no penalty for cancellations are available WIDELY in the car rental industry, why would priceline.com offer no refunds for their scrappy 10% savings. Yes, we lost some money. They lost our respect and all future business. AND all our clients as well! NOT WORTH IT! Highway robbery! CHOOSE WISELY... not with this organization!
