And customer service replies with pasted, scripted responses the majority of the time, even when you ask them not to. Yes, they rotate meals. But they rotate out meals my Dad is able to eat and that he has selected for many months and that have good ratings. Customer service then says that a meal is still available and if I want to order it I still can. I say yes only to receive a response from another customer dissupport person that the meal is no longer available.
