Ordered #2 of an item. Only received 1.4 phone calls with their customer service reps who were nice and could see that I needed a refund since the item was on backorder and 2 were shipped, not 1. All they could do is request a refund, not issue it directly to me. After waiting almost 3 months later and finally getting my bank involved to dispute the charge, THEN ereplacements quickly responds and says they'll give me a refund. The bank already gave me the credit back, because waiting for this site, you'll never get your money OR your order.
