Grossly inept agents that attempt to compensate for their deficiencies by lying to the customer. One of these minimum wage wonders refused to disconnect the telephone service they provide in a package deal even after reiterating our demand several times, and then refused to put a manager on the phone.
It wasn't until I phoned back and advised the agent that the call was being recorded and that my connections with the media might find it interesting, that I got results.

Spent 75 minutes on landline with customer service and still didn't get my number ported in from the old phone. Her supervisor was worse.
Smoke signals would be a better alternative.

Be aware that Yahoo like all such sites, make their money selling advertising space. As such they are loath to turn away any client including those who are dishonest or misleading. I have noted several exaggerated claims, misrepresentations and outright fabrications in several of their paid sponsor articles.
As a result I now totally disregard these segments of Yahoo finance because I don't have time for the due diligence needed to trust them. They are at best in the "Ripley's Believe It Or Not" category.

Alibaba represents any vendor with no credibility checks, background assessment or the like. They are an Amazon wannabe without the credibility or morals.
One of their vendors scammed us on a total lie about the product (flower baskets) being sold through Alibaba.
Upon contacting Alibaba we learned the refund and complaint process is intentionally complicated to discourage using the site.
Alibaba is just another China based liar.
