They offer good designs. But the item is ill-sized. What I ordered would not fit a 6 year old child and is labeled 2x. The return policy on the site says:

It works like this. If you got the wrong thing and its our fault, let us know within 90 days by submitting a support ticket and when we get it well apologize about a million times and then ship the correct thing to you as fast as we can, along with a paid return shipping label.
Now they want me to pay the shipping to me and the return shipping. I can't understand why this is MY fault. This is the absolute worst customer service online. It would be helpful to have MINUS stars for the rating. They deserve none at all.
