Multiple delays. Traveling with disabled companion. Wanted us to travel via train to another airport terminal to reach a help center. Their partner had no trouble accommodating us, but needed Deltas ok. I broke my own rule by flying international with the usual substandard US airlines. I knew better. NEVER fly US airlines internationally. Pathetic how the customer service on the ground is and in the air. KAL, their partner should dissolve their arrangement. Delta is far below the quality I have experienced with non US airlines
Our initial issue came about because of the pandemic. Nobody had prepared for this. Traveling to another country was impossible. ASAP Travel, working very hard, was able to get a refund from the airline. It took over a year, I appreciate the assistance of ASAP Travel and because of their unique and thorough knowledge of travel to and from the US to Asia, their service will be used again. I had used them in the past, before the Wuhan virus, and they were great... They stood by their product and I will use them in the future. Thank you ASAP Travel for your help!

The pandemic really hurt many of people and businesses. I and my family are glad ASAP Travel was able to remain in business and was able to facilitated us in getting a full refund for our travel. Our family will use ASAP Travel in our future travel from the US to Asia. Again, big thanks to the staff of ASAP Travel for negotiating our refund and their hard work.
