Ordered a wine cooler and picked a date 8 days after ordering for delivery. My partner waited in all day for the delivery which never happened. Contacted the delivery company who had never been made aware of the agreed date. Phoned Myappliances to cancel the order and request a refund. The order was cancelled but the refund has never happened despite several emails.

Ordered via this company and never received the goods I ordered. Started to chase the order 8 days after the stated delivery date only to find them impossible to engage with. Tried email?, whatsapp and Twitter. All send automated questions then send automated messages saying your issue is being looked into. It isn't
