If you have a problem with the wrong part, good luck returned it to this company. No way to print a shipping label. No way to get a hold of someone in customer service.

I bought a supposed garage, kept BMW off of eBay, through this dealer. It had 50 pictures and a video.
When I spoke with the dealer, he told me he needed nothing. He had been driving it. I had him shipping included in the price. I received a car that will not start. It has been jumpstarted. I believe they burnt some modules up. The windshield is smashed. The roof has damage the oil Cooler is held on with wire ties. When I called the dealer about it, all he could say well I put a battery in it,and you should turn in the damage on your own insurance. I have filed with the attorney general in Iowa and Florida both I also believe the speedometer has been rolled back on the car, every running light imaginable on the dash is lit up I also have a receipt included showing that this damage was already on it, and the dealer signed off that it was before the car was transported I believe this car was listed a while ago they wreaked it in the meantime I just went ahead listed it like there was no damage I made the guy an offer or else I could put a bad review on eBay. He told me I had to pay him direct to except the offer. Oh, and also when I receive the title of this car has been on car lot since 18 and never had the title transferred garage kept lol. Everything about this transaction was a lie. As you can see from the warning lights, brake system needs attention. All wheel drive system needs attention. Every imaginable check engine light is on on this car it might because they tried jumpstarting it. The batteries kind of haphazardly I put in the place, it should be and half the parts are not attached to it BMWs have many safety modules on the car that jumpstarting a car like this cause big problems. Hopefully the attorney general can do something for me. I've been in the auto industry, my whole life I understand cars break but not this many things this quick, including a $700 windshield being smashed and the trim actually ripped off the top of the windshield and now the top damaged on the car to I haven't worked for enough to look at I need to see how much damage is on the undercarriage, but it sure look nice in the pictures I would never ever ever purchase another vehicle from this dealer of course I have been wondering further with the car because I'm waiting to get a reply back from one of the attorney generals at work can be done on this type of crooked transaction

I bought a 4 day stay in a hotel There was no prompt that this room was no refundable It was hidden in the small print If Expedia really wanted to help customers a box would pop up warning you about this and you would have to agree to make sure this was seen
I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN IN less than 5 minutes this could not be cancelled

Do not pay extra for expedited shipping! It costs 10+ dollars and aren't received on time. Then...
