Total jerks. As previous person noted, their emails are canned. I have maybe twenty copies of their same reply. 6/1/2022 they received all products back from me. Now 8/17/2022, and no refund what-so-ever. Will now write to Better Business Bureau and Facebook.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY CLAIM TO PRODUCE NO OZONE. IF THAT IS NOT TRUE, THEN EVERYONE'S HEALTH IS AT RISK.

Returned all air purifiers purchased. They do not answer their customer service phone number. FRAUD
