After receiving a very faulty item I submitted an application for a refund and got ignored for nearly two weeks. So I contacted them again but still no refund and very little response, they just keep telling me to submit all the details of the product on the website. Well I've done that three times already... its been weeks and I'm still waiting to even be properly acknowledged! Stay away from this site, I've lost over $50 and I definitely won't be buying from here ever again...
