I have used Economybookings many times, when I have hired cars in many countries in Europe and have been always very satisfied. Last summer I caused accidentally a little damage to the hire car. I made and sent all necessary documents to Economybookings and after their processing they refunded to me the excess amount. The most important thing is, that you make a good damage report with attachments, they need to.
