OK, here are 4 photos of my order. First photo is my order number. Second picture are the products listed that I originally ordered. Third picture is the switch that I made in regards to the material that I wanted and was charged extra money for it ( first product listed on my original order), it says gray for color as my second attachment which is the original order. Fourth attachment is what my order now shows on my account with this company and it shows the first listed product which is the one that they made a mistake on, it says red like the second product that I ordered. I emailed them and never heard back, informing them the color should have been gray, not red. No one should use this company for any covers they need made. The company makes mistakes and they don't even take ownership to fix it like it said on the original order. Also, my original order that I placed is no longer on my account. Only the one they re-shipped which was incorrect listing the red color. If you look at the second attachment and the last attachment, you can see the material I requested and paid extra money they made the change on, doesn't match the last attachment where it says red, it shows the incorrect material. I made a copy of the original order due to not trusting this company and I was right. My original order should be listed along with that order listing the mistake they corrected which is still incorrect. The information on the last three attachments are from my invoice so you know that I paid for these products. If you order from this company, you are ordering at your own risk.

Tip for consumers:
Maybe you should hire people that know what their doing.

Products used:
the second products on my invoice since they are covering my gas cans on my vehicle that is why that product was ordered in RED. Not the first product. All I wanted was to have the company re-send that first product with the correct material that I paid extra for in gray as I originally ordered and that was not what I received. This was a easy fix and your company couldn't even do that correctly.
