My flight was cancelled by Oman air and Jetabroad insisted on $100 for both tickets to be rebooked to a different date, although none of this was my fault.
I dug my heals in and after several emails over several days, they agreed to waive the $100.
A few months later, exactly the same thing happened with my flight cancelled by Oman air, but this time an alternative flight was not convenient.
I had to cancel and was charged $100.
I have been waiting for 5 weeks and still have not received my refund. I emailed Jetabroad today and they advised that it would take up to 6 more weeks before I receive my refund.
I am still waiting for my refund.
If you have no issues, I'm sure Jetabroad will be fine.
If you do have an issue, even if it is not your fault, be prepared to be ripped off.
There is a phone number you can call, however it goes to message bank and advises you to contact them through their website.
It is all underhanded tactics that stop you speaking with a real person.
Buyer beware.

Don't use them, try kiwi.com or book direct with the airline

It should have been a full refund as the issue was not ours, but I lost some of my refund. Total rip off company
