The customer service this bank offers is a total wastebasket time. If you happen to get thru to them. Phone wait times are at least 45 minutes and often disconnects without being answered. In person customer service is very poor quality. Even with a scheduled appointment you will wait an hour or more to be seen. Even then, it seems to BOA's first priority to referr you to another office or agent. Always a dozen delays. Lack of training & knowledge is apparent. 1-800 phone support (after an hour wait time) is just as inefficient, unhelpful & disinterested. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!
