I ordered a pair of Henly Henson boots online only to receive a pkg sealed with duct taped and NO BOOTS! After several calls, photos with emails. Emily the back house supervisor told me after their investigation that I'm out of luck. That I should have sent pictures before opening box. How would I know? I did as instructed by CS team. Yes, the box was light. But never did I think that it would be empty. Nor, did I think the customer sevice would be so dismissive. Last time I ever shop there. I'm now out $124 and no boots! A dispute on my cc has been filed.
