We hired Rick in August 2023 with the understanding he would inspect our roof to determine the source of an ongoing water leak, provide pictures of the chimney area, provide a receipt, and proceed with the necessary repairs.

I have not received the pictures or a receipt and, despite numerous texts since August 2023, Rick has been unable to fulfill his commitment to undertake the repairs.

Most recently, Rick confirmed he would be at our residence on December 8th, 2023, to begin the required work; however, he did not show up and have not responded to my texts since that day.

I do not recommend this contractor.

We confirmed with Priceline in October 2023 we were charged for an item we should not of been. We provided all the information they requested. Now we are in February 2024 and after many, many calls and emails all they keep repeating is to call them. Very questionable business practice. I do not recommend them at all.
