My account was CHARGED TWICE to two different cards after I turned autopay off, so I did not authorize those transactions. I have spent 2.5 hours on the phone the past two days trying to figure out what went wrong. I now received an overcharge fee to my bank because they continued to charge me. I tried contacting 4 different agents and no one would give me a consistent answer, I was told I authorized it by one person and that it was a system glitch on their end by another. They told me they cannot do refunds until 10 days after the transaction but I have bills to pay and now am behind. I am so disappointed with this company and would not advise to use since they charge without authorization and customer service is awful.
