I purchased a costume early October 2023 and Spirit Halloween sent me a Xlarge when I ordered a medium. I immediately returned the costume. I had to pay the return shipping cost even though it was their fault for sending me the wrong size. After 3 weeks no refund received. I called customer service, and they told me I would receive the refund within 21 days. After 21 days I still hadn't received the refund. I contacted them again and I was informed there was an issue processing the refund and they would have to do it manually and it would take another 21 days. Again, no refund after 21 days. I called again end of December and I was told that the manual refund submission did not go through, and they would expediate the refund via a check. It's now Jan. 9 and I still haven't receive a check. I called again and was informed that their finance department has not yet issued the check. It's like they are hoping we will give up trying to get our refund so that they can keep our money. I have never experienced anything like with any other store. I will never purchase from this store again. Buyers beware!
