Ordered a sofa sectional on 11/28. Availability to ship showed 12/5.12/5 came and went. Called customer service and was told it wouldn't ship until 1/1. They offered to change my selection to the other color, which they said would ship in the next 5 days. Long behold, same scenario- that date came and went and called customer service again- shipping date of 1/5. The site still lists shipping date as 12/17. LIES. I cancelled the order entirely. Now it's too late to order any sofa that will be here by Christmas!
