I ordered merchandise from bedbathstore.com. The quality was bad and I wanted to return the merchandise and ask some questions. There website has a customer service e-mail for questions, etc. I sent several e-mails and did not get one response. There website also had a customer service number. After several attempts I finally was able to talk with a live person. I returned the merchandise as instructed and it's been 6 weeks and have not had a credit issued to my account. The postal tracking service deliverd it within 3 days, I've called and e-mailed since and no replies even though they state on their voice mail to leave and message and they will respond. This is the worst website ever.
