Placed 3 orders on December 19th totalling over $1000. I paid extra to ensure the orders were delivered by Thursday the 23rd. One was delivered when it was supposed to. With the other two, I received a Fedex tracking number on Wednesday which showed as scheduled for delivery next day. However, this is Sunday the 26th and my order still has not shipped. I call them and am told that the items I ordered are now unavailable until the end of January, and they can't get anything to the recipient before December 30th, and even this they can't guarantee. I understand that things happen, but I don't understand why I wasn't informed until AFTER the gift was meant to be there.
