Skymall, once one of my favorite catalogs with unique products has fallen from grace.
They have Product Status to assure you their products are In-Stock. However, this field never changes when an item goes into Back-Ordered. I received a back-order notice the following ordering, and its status still remains In Stock, four days later. Product Status is meaningless.
SkyMall's 800 ordering number is no longer answered, instead, you receive a recorded message, asking you to order on line.
SkyMall's Customer Service 'doesn't'. Both the website and the 800# refer you to send any requests, issues, cancellations, or questions to *******@skimall.com, and they promise a response within two business days. They fail that promise.
