Am not sure I will stay with this broker. My position profit and loss doesn't update in the portfolio real time, it gets stuck often. The spreads are getting higher although they take pride in tight spreads.
When I open a position after a minute it shows that my position was opened later/sooner and it's always on my expense.
To all these, they reply use the website. May I will just use another broker.
T's a good broker although not the best for fast traders. You can't quickly drag your stop losses take profit and buy/sell order on the chart, which is a huge disadvantage compared to other brokers platforms. Even on trading view which in my opinion is one of the best platforms they don't allow this feature. Unfortunately for me it is a big deal reason why I won't be using them. Other than that if you don't mind about it, you shouldn't have a problem with them.
All the services of capital are very appreciable, it provides a single platform to trade in so many options.
Only complaint i have with capital is that, their withdrawal process is very slow and requires lot of time and sometimes the payment even gets stuck for more than 20 days as in my case right now. So they need inprove on this aspect if they wanna make a market all over the world
U guys deserve more that 5star, excellent company with well trained customer support, this is great and amazing
The platform looks good, quick executions, spreads are ok with certain stocks, however be careful when putting trades, as the default share sizes of certain stocks are set to maximum! Also some things are missing like trailing stops? Settings could be improved, not a lot of options there.
It seems a reliable broker. I had a previous experience with Another broker RO and every time they call and pushed me to invest more until i loose everything. At capital nobody calls you to drag you. You invest, profit or lose.
Also they send me notices regarding the risks..

When pointing this out to Capital. Cpm they shift blame instead of incorporating continuous improvement.

Probably going to replay on this and say, please send us an email for consideration. If their customer service was any good, they would be aware of the system errors.
Centaur500 is a reliable broker that I plan to continue working with. But it's worth noting that their platform is not very modern in terms of user-friendliness. There are few tips on the platform, order archive is not eternal and it gets thrown out of the account every couple of days. Minimal fixes for comfortable use and I would confidently give 5 stars to this broker.
